Business Manager

Position:

Woody is responsible for the financial operation of the church. Included in that are contributions, expenditures and any other sort of income as well as the management of the church's assets. In that role, Woody meets with our Trustees and Finance Committee as well as the Administratiave Council and the Weekday Ministries Board that manages our Preschool.

Education:

B.A., Business Administration, UNCC, 1973


Background:

Through a circuitous route that took him through several towns throughout the southeast, Woody came to this staff in February, 1998.  After over twenty years in managing manufacturing plants and distribution centers, he combined the practical experieance learned during that period with the church operation experienace learned growing up in the home of a minister and is convinced that all of his previous career was a preparation for this opportunity of service.

Family:

Woody is married to Brenda and lives in Concord on Irish Potato Road.  Woody has one son, Zach, who lives in Monroe and two step-sons, Shawn in Columbus, OH and Craig in Pulaski, PA and three step-grandchildren, Brittany, Keith and Casey.
