WCP School Directories were sent home during the first week of October. Please call the office at 704-849-7628 if you did not receive your copy!

Tuition
Remember that Tuition is always due on the first day of the month. A late fee of $10.00 will be charged after the 5th of the month. Be sure to allow 2 weeks to set up a credit card payment.  Credit Card Authorization Forms are available from this website or from the WCP Office.  These forms expire every May and so must be re-newed each school year.

Wait List Information
for the 2008-2009 school year

Praise God, all classes for the 2008-2009 school year are full.  If you are looking for a preschool program for your child, we invite you to add your child's name to a wait list for the 2008-2009 school year by calling the preschool office at 704-849-7628.  We need your child's name (please spell it for us), date of birth (including year of birth), gender, and home and/or cell numbers.  Children must be age appropriate by August 31st for an age level list.  You are welcome to leave a message if we are not available at the time of your call.

The lists are numbered by the order the calls are received. However, once classes are set, we will go to the next child who appears to be the best fit by birth date or gender for that specific class.  This is to ensure that all children are placed in the environment that provides the most opportunities for success.

WCP does not screen or test children.  We gratefully accept the children God places in our care.  However, WCP reserves the right to refer children to specialized programs if the need should occur.  More information is available in the WCP Parent Handbook 

Wait list names must be refreshed during the first week of September to remain active.  Please take a moment to read over the Wait List Policy for important information.

Weather Alerts
Closings & Delays
Closings and Delays due to inclement weather will be posted here by 6:00 a.m.  Information will also be available on the WCP phone recording that can be reached by calling (704)849-7628 and on all major news stations and radio stations.  If Union County schools are closed WCP will also close.  Delays will be determined on a case by case basis.

Absent
If it is necessary for your child to be absent from school we would appreciate a quick note describing your child's illness. This is strictly to help us be aware of the illnesses in our school. We can be better caregivers and provide a healthier environment with this information. Thanks for your help.

Fall Season
Please remember that WCP celebrates the Fall Season and God's hand on the world around us. As you plan for your child's Autumn classroom party please choose images that would be pleasing to our Lord, Jesus Christ. Thanks.
