Once your child is on the Wait List we will follow the procedure outlined below:
The Wait List will remain in effect until September 1st.
To keep your child’s name on an updated Wait List after September 1, please call (704)849-7628 during the first week of September.
Please provide us with your child's name and which age list he/she is on. You may leave a phone message.
All other names will be removed from the list after September 15.
The updated Wait List will remain in effect until January.
As a space opens up, we will call families in the order of best fit from the Wait List.
After you receive a call, you will have up to 24 hours to accept or decline the position offered. We reserve the right to specify a quicker response time.
If there is not an answer at the phone number provided, we will leave a message. It is important to call back within 24 hours or by the specified time. We would appreciate your call back even if you are not interested.
Please be sure that WCP has updated phone numbers on record. You may call (704) 849-7628 to update information.
There is one list for each age group. We do not record the list by number of days or which days. We will call about any opening that is age appropriate.
