The Daniel Plan is a six-week study designed around Five Essentials of Wellness: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends. We will journey together for 40 days seeking God’s plan and purpose for our overall health. Our prayer is that this group inspires you to begin or continue a journey toward health; experience a new level of wellness; and feel God’s presence, power and purpose for your life.
