The Weddington Church Mental Health Ministry invites you to join us on September 10 at 12:15 p.m. in the Family Life Center Multi-purpose Room, for “Life Balance for the Overwhelmed Parent.” Our special guest, Tonya Deese, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, will guide us in finding peace and margin in our lives. Through her wisdom, parents will uncover ways to lessen stress in their parenting journey, embracing God’s grace and love.
