What will the worship service be like?
The worship service begins as you enter the Sanctuary or Family Life Center, greet one another, and prepare your heart and mind through music and centering time.  The 8:15 and 11:00 a.m. services are traditional worship with hymns, while the 9:30 and 10:10 services are contemporary praise & worship.

How long are the worship services?
All of the services typically last about an hour.

What should I wear to Weddington Church?
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. You will see men in suits and ties, as well as golf shirts and slacks. You will see women in dresses and skirts, as well as slacks.

Do I have to be a member of Weddington Church to take Communion?
Everyone is welcome at the communion table, whether members of Weddington Church or not, kids or adults.  Christ invites to his table all who love him, who repent of their sin, and who seek to live in peace with God and one another.

Where do my children go during the worship service?
All children may attend worship with their parents, though our Children’s Ministry provides exciting Sunday School or Nursery experiences for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary ages through fifth grade.
