Love is one of the most familiar words in Scripture, yet one of the most misunderstood. In 1 Corinthians 13, Paul reminds us that love is not optional or secondary—it is the foundation of the Christian faith and the life of the church.

Surrounded by conflict, competition, and spiritual pride, the Corinthian church had lost sight of what truly matters.
