January 6–March 10
Tuesdays, 6:30–8 p.m., Weddington Fellowship Hall, Room 2
Led by Heather Brown
How can we hold on to assurance of our faith? How can we discern the truth from a lie? How can we know God loves us? In the three short letters of 1, 2, and 3 John, the apostle John reminds an early church facing division, deception, and doubt to hold fast to what they know and to live like they believe it. With the help of author, Jen Wilkin, we will see how 2,000 years later, his words tell Christians in similar challenges to recall a great salvation and to abide in the truth. We will be using Abide: A Study of 1, 2, & 3 John by Jen Wilkin as our study resource.
Please register below and purchase your workbook prior to the first session.
